Shipping policy
GENERAL SHIPPING
We ship to Australia, New Zealand the US, EU, UK, Canada and select international countries.
Please note that the estimated shipping time frames on your chosen shipping service refers to the number of days from the time of dispatch.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are shipped generally within 48 hours from when the order is placed.
Please note that our warehouse team do not ship orders over the weekend or on Australian public holidays. Dispatch of your order may be delayed during sale or promotional periods
Our products are made in small batches to ensure optimal quality and we appreciate your patience! Standard shipments are sent via Australia Post and estimated ground delivery time within Australia is 2-5 business days once shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
The total purchase price does not include additional taxes, duties, and additional fees associated with customs clearing.
For U.S. Customers - We will be covering all U.S. duties and tariffs on your behalf.
If anything changes down the track, we’ll be sure to give you a heads-up.

For orders shipped to Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, delivery duties will be collected at checkout. This ensures a seamless delivery process without additional customs fees upon arrival.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays and additional fees applied to international shipments.
Please familiarize yourself with your local import rules prior to ordering.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact us with your order number within 12 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied toward previous orders and we are unable to make manual changes with discount codes.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately.
We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. In order to do so, please contact hello@themaha.store once your order has been placed.
If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.
