Refund policy
We do not offer refunds for "change of mind". If the product is not right for you email us and we can try to find a solution.
If the product is damaged
We advise upon receiving your order that you fully inspect the item for any damage and contact us immediately if there appears to be any issue with the packaging or your purchase. If you receive a damaged item, you will need to contact us via email at hello@themaha.store and provide photographic proof of damage in order to make your claim.
Contact via email will be required within 14 days of purchase in order to make any claims on damaged items. Claims made beyond this time frame will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Claims on lost deliveries will not be accepted after 7 weeks from the date of purchase, consideration will only be made to customers who have made contact within this 49 days.
If for any reason you require a refund or exchange you will be asked to have the item returned to us for full inspection. Return postage is at your expense. Once the return is received, a refund can be issued.
Maha will not provide your details to any other organisation and will keep all details confidential.
We advise that you test patch your oil on the inside of your wrist before using and if rash or irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. Colour and sediment may vary from batch to batch due to seasonal and environmental diversity.
Once payment has been received it will be assumed that you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions mentioned in the above statement.
