About us
MAHA was born from a devotion to our Earth and the ancient wisdom that teaches us how to live in harmony with her.
Ayurveda grounds us and shows us the way to properly live. A system of self care. True nourishment. True north. Our creations are made with love and intention. We are greatful to have this service to our brothers and sisters, to add value to our collective health, passing on the traditional knowlede of our ancient elders, rebalancing our elemental bodies, our clever minds & our spirit.
Align with nature.
In India the practices of the vedas have been refined over thousands of years as a way of life. They are meaningful and they carry great healing. Traditional Ayurveda incorporates specific herbal combinations that treat imbalances within the doshas. We have crafted simple and thoughtful combinations of plants that we have found support us the most. We choose traditional methods, we are family owned, we are slow, we are intentional.
Motherhood is without a doubt the most pivitol threshold of a wom(b)ens life and I do this for you, to nurture the nurturer. If you’ve landed here, it is your great fortune!
Maha exists to share ancient practices in a way that feels accessible, gentle, and real ~ rituals that fit into modern life while quietly transforming it. Abhyanga at dawn. Herbal nourishment. Slowing the breath. Remembering the body’s innate intelligence.
A return to self, through the Earths wisdom. Simple balance.
Just as important as the goods we have created, are the practices that accompany them. Take it all in. Soften and recieve.

Each product you welcome into your home supports the planting of something much larger, our healing farm on Bundjalung country. A living sanctuary where, over time, we can grow, harvest & create from our own regenerative lands. A place where the earth is restored as it gives.
Our journey into Ayurveda began through yoga, lots of study and lived practice, and deepened through the sacred initiation of parenthood. Becoming parents reshaped everything ~ how we care for our bodies, how we honour time, and how we choose to live in a fast-moving world. It strengthened our desire to return to what is essential. Honouring the Earth, honouring the self in relation to the Earth our mother. Embodying the role of mother as the nurturer. Thus was born our goal to nurture the nurturer.
